Obsidian Cartography - Logo Design

Primary Logo

Inspired by volcanic terrain, the mark for Obsidian Cartography uses fine topographic lines and colours drawn from real-world volcanoes. From glowing magma to deep obsidian black the final mark is old, considered and made for people who love the outdoors.

Logotype

This option was designed to use where space is limited such as web banners, letterheads and more. I’ve added a small map pin in place of the ‘o’ in cartography as a nod to the missing pin. Subtle, yet elegant.
